Annie Donnelly, 38 pleaded guilty on Wednesday for stealing more than $2.3 million dollars from Great South Bay Surgical Associates where she was a bookkeeper. Poker Pub’s article on when to check and when to bet gives some solid advice for poker beginners. It’s a good starting place if you want to hold your own at a “friendly” game of poker. It also says quite a bit the author’s playing style… which is always the disadvantage to blogging about poker.

Ideally when you go into a casino you want 100% depth in the shoe. Obviously that maximizes your advantage over the house when you count; this is especially true when you are using sidecounts.

No, it’s not the old Windows game. Jewel Thief is a Mircogaming slots game. Like most slots games, it seems that the best jackpots come from a combination of wilds and wild luck.
