Slot Machine Multiplies Your Money
August 4th, 2006 by Marsha James
Caesars Indiana lost $487,000 because of a switch? in one of their slot machines. Customers who were playing at the machine noticed that when you put in money it would multiply it not by 2 but by 10. If you put in $20 it would read that you put in $200. Then people withdrew the money without playing.
Some was with drawing by the thousands, because of course every $100 they put in meant $1,000. One honest couple finally went up and told the casino but by that time $487,000 vouchers had already been given out.
