Las Vegas extravaganza

Three years ago, a couple of friends and I went to Las Vegas for a one - week trip. I was so exciting, because it was actually my first time to Las Vegas, Nevada. I heard some many great things about it, besides gambling, I can see shows and eat great food. I decided to take some money out of my savings, and gonna had a great time for the Spring break.

When we arrived at the hotel, and check in to our rooms. My friends couldn’t wait to get their hands on the Slot machine. I thoguht that was reasonable, since we hadn’t much experience on gambling. I too, join them on the slot machine. 2 of them were getting addicted to the slot machine, they were playing game after game. Totally I waited for them 4 hours there. I wasn’t that much of a gambling person. Luckily, one of them won 2 jackpots continuously. So he treated us to a nice, fancy dinner. Another day, early in the morning, they started their gambling extravaganza again. This time, they went to the table. I tagged along reluctantly. They didn’t have much luck this time, I guess. After 3 hours or so, they summed their total 2 grands lost. I was amazed how they easy they said it out loud.

After a couple of days, they go from casino to casino, and the total loss is like 5 to 7 grands on both of them. I, not a big gambler, I only interested in sightseeing at the local attractions. I didn’t spend too much on the gambling table, so my loss was minimal. I did go see the shows at night, and we got complimentary tickets from the hotel to see shows, since they had contributed so much money to the casino.
