If you have your own cash, you pay up – front fee, and plus the processing fee for the booker. I don’t know much about this Chinese – Laotian background. All I knew is that he won’t spare no break time. He will listen to the radio attentively whenever there is a game is going on. Either it is football, basketball or baseball.

Sometimes, he got lucky, he could win some thousand of dollars from a game. If not, he could lose a lot too. That is the underground gambling business among these people for while.
