Is it true? Can you really get paid to play video games? While it may seem like a pipe dream, people can and do get paid to play video games, every day.
Although, some people may argue that it isn’t really “playing” if you get paid to do it. Being a paid video game user isn’t all fun, though. You don’t just get to sit back and relax, play a few games, and then collect a big paycheck.

Video game testers aren’t paid to play cool, new games. Their job is to evaluate new games, and play them repetitively to work out all the bugs and glitches.
Don’t get me wrong, testers DO have fun doing their job, but it isn’t all about hanging out with friends and playing video games all day. They work, to make new games better for the buyer.
