Should people be put in jail for card counting.

As of now we all know that counting cards is illegal but of course it is not something you can be put in jail or prison for all they can do is just ban you from the state or ban you from the casino forever. But should there be a law where you can put someone in jail for awhile for counting cards. They say you can not put someone in jail just for being smart enough to break Vegas but of course the politicians in the state capitol can pretty much pass any law they want with enough votes in congress so I would imagine sometime in the near future there will be a law passed in the state congress of Nevada to make counting cards illegal and you can not do it anymore. Counting cards has been a really big problem in the Vegas casinos and a lot of people do it and get away with it and go scot free with it. It would be really messed up if someone went to jail for being so intelligent they can break Vegas and beat the odds at the casino. But of course I am pretty sure the state legislators of that state of Nevada are pretty much like the mob and they can pass any law they want.
